This web design was created for two purposes. The first purpose is to provide information on Project Pipeline to visitors. At the request of the customer this role was minimized to the "Home" page and the "Contact Us" page.
The second purpose is the main focus of the site. That is to be a communication and resource tool for teachers in the Project Pipeline program. The customer wanted a site where they could post files for download, add users, delete users, restrict access to certain pages, maintain a fully functional message board, post pictures, update the home page, and do all of this without knowing a thing about html or web design!

Advanced Features of the Project Pipeline Web Design:
 A visitor to this site can find out more about Project Pipeline, View pictures, Contact Project Pipeline, and download public access files. Visit the site to check out those features.
A registered Project Pipeline member can post and participate in a fully function discussion board (Screen Capture 1, Screen Capture 2) and download restricted access files (Screen Capture).
The administrator of the site has a full featured administrator panel that allows them to maintain the following features of the site without writing any code or know anything about web design. This is what the Administrator panel looks like (Screen Capture 1).

The home page contains a section called "What's New" the message in that portion of the page can be updated with this simple form (Screen Capture 1).
Project Pipeline members can easily be added to a secure MySQL database via this simple menu (Screen Capture 1). In the same manner you can view all current members and delete selected ones with this menu (Screen Capture 1).
Files can easily be added to the site for download via this menu. Notice that the administrator can choose whether to allow the download for public or only registered users. (Screen Capture 1). You can also view a list of all posted files and delete selected ones (Screen Capture 1).
To complete this web design HTML, PHP, Flash, and MySql were used.
