Thanks so much for your recent work on our web site. You were so right about the facelift! We have gotten a number of comments from partners about the new look and it seems to draw people in who would normally just get what they need and go. I especially appreciate your ability to come into a room full of people, take in all of the comments and crystallize them in some sort of meaningful way. None of us were really sure what we wanted until we saw it in Technicolor.
As you know, we had previously been using two companies for our web work, one for design and one for the technical aspects. It is so nice for us to have you doing all of this. By keeping these projects together, you have been able to maximize our keyword content and keep the design from getting too cluttered. This was a problem with two different people working on the site.
We have gotten really positive feedback on the videos you have made and put online as well. You were right about using them as both sales and service tools. We have saved lots of phone time in the Tech support department by steering people to the videos you put created and uploaded to the site.

Outlier is hands down the best marketing agency I've ever worked with. We worked with Outlier to create a video designed to accompany a product launch; our goal was to both promote the product and educate consumers as to its use.
